The extraordinary forces of 2020 have led us as a group of artists & creatives together to the Island with the drive and the focus to create magical and meaningful performance at Mottistone Manor on the Isle of Wight.
Because of the changing landscape of theatre and society, traditional theatre and Panto is inaccessible to Families. We want to show that children’s theatre can still be done safely and beautifully in an unconventional and thrilling way!
This is a show imbued with wonder and magic to ignite the imaginations of children.
The landscape of the Isle of Wight and the Guardians of Mottistone will be brought inside the Manor, to be explored and discovered.
Each room, transformed into a world which embodies an element of the land: soil, water, creatures and forest, will house a fantastical character. The children meet mystical creatures and learn of the yuletide Tomtes, the guardians of this land and festive season. As each child moves through the journey they will learn how to become a custodian of the natural world.
